Rome the Eternal City 
Rome, the caput mundi (capital of the world) in the ancient era could not miss of a personal legend about its foundation . One says that a couple of twins (Romolo and Remo) was found and was nursed by a wolf on the board of the river Tevere , and then adopted by a couple of shepherds . Recognized as sons of the god Mars ,they were in charge from him to build a city ,but during the construction they fight and at the end of this Romolo killed Remo , so Romolo became the first king of Rome . Actually the reality is well far from the legend . In fact Rome doesn't have divine origin but indeed probably was founded in 753 b . C by groups of shepherds that took refuge near the famous seven hills of Rome to defend themselves by Etruscan that in those period oppressed the italic populations.

Useless say that this said hit in every way, has value today as in the past centuries . Rome in fact having had part in almost all historic events , in the art ,science , politic, religious events, etc ., has been the goal of the man for centuries. Besides, you will find a piece of the ancient power that represented covert by the traces left by Middle ages and Renaissance together with the wounded that have signed the Fascist period to arrive to understand what' s Rome today . It's a whipped rich of the most different things that mixed give a sense to what that still today is , notwithstanding the pass of the millenniums one of the attractions more quoted in the world that doesn't miss to amaze everyone that choose it as destination.
